The Planning Board will meet on Thursday, February 1st at 7:00 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
The Transfer Station is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.
The Parkman Town Office has the 2018 Open Water and Ice Fishing books available, free of charge.
The Parkman Grange Hall is closed for the winter, but will re-open in mid- March for the annual Town Meeting.
The Board of Selectmen will meet on Thursday, February 8th and Thursday, February 22nd at 6:00 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
The Parkman Prowlers will meet on Tuesday, February 13th at 6:00 p.m. at Jay Marden’s.
The Parkman Town Office will be CLOSED on Monday, February 19th in observance of President’s Day.
Cookbooks for the Parkman Baptist Church’s 200th Anniversary are available for purchase at KC’s Country Store and the Parkman Town Office for $10 each.
The Parkman Baptist Church holds worship services every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
Proof of insurance is required to register all vehicles. You can have your insurance company fax proof of insurance to the Town Office at 876-9704. We also accept electronic proof of insurance.

There is a State Law (29 MRSA 2396) that prohibits pushing of snow into the public way. A person may not place and allow to remain on a public way snow or slush that has not accumulated there naturally.
The 2018 snowmobile registrations and stickers are available. The price is $46.00 for a renewal and $47.00 for a new registration. If you are registering your snowmobile for the first time please bring in a bill of sale or proof of sales tax from a dealer.
School vacation week is February 19th through the 23rd. Friday, February 16th is an early release day as well.
If you need a birth, death, or marriage certified copy please contact the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730 in advance. If you are getting married and need your marriage license, please call the Town Office to make an appointment.
The 2018 Hunting/Fishing licenses are available for purchase at the Parkman Town Office. Hunting licenses are $28.00, Fishing are $27.00, Junior Hunt are $10.00, Combination Hunt/Fish are $45.00, and Archery are $27.00.
Winter Hours for White’s Family Redemption: Open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed on Sunday and Monday. They will take returnables outside the posted hours provided you call ahead at 876-2681.
The annual Town Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Parkman Grange Hall. The annual Town Reports will be available at the Parkman Town Office, KC’s Country Store, and the Transfer Station by March 9th.
