The 2025 Dog Licenses are now available. Reminder letters went out in mid-October. The fee for a male/female is $11.00, and $6.00 for a spayed or neutered dog. All dogs must be licensed by January 31, 2025. The State has rolled out a new platform for us to use when registering dogs. Please continue to be patient with us during this transition. This first year is the most time consuming as we put everyone in the system. Please bring your current rabies certificate and proof of sterilization if applicable. This should have most of the information we need. If your dog is microchipped, please bring in all that information as well. We need to know the manufacturer/brand of the chip. It is a law in the State of Maine that all dogs six months and older must be license, and a $25.00 late fee will apply if not registered by the deadline.
The Transfer Station is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. Please have your Transfer Station sticker visible to the attendants inside of your vehicle.

When coming in for any MOSES transactions (hunt/fish, ATV reg, snowmobile reg, boat reg), you must provide a current drivers license or unexpired State ID to a clerk at the Parkman Town Office. Due to new legislation, no exceptions will be made. If you are coming in to renew an ATV, snowmobile, or boat, we request that you present a previous registration to ensure the correct machine is registered. For new registrations, a complete bill of sale or proof of sales tax paid to a dealer is required. Please note that any ATV measuring more than 65 inches wide or weighing more than 2,000 lbs. cannot be registered in the State of Maine.
