There will be a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Guilford Fire Department (4 School Street in Guilford). You must register in advance at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Feb22022. This clinic is for ages 12 and up.
The Planning Board will meet on Thursday, February 3rd at 6:00 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
The Parkman Trailblazers Snowmobile Club will meet on Tuesday, February 8th at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Parkman Town Office.
The Board of Selectmen will meet on Thursday, February 10th and Thursday, February 24th at 5:30 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
SAD #4 school vacation week is February 21 through February 25th. There will be an early release day on Friday, February 18th, dismissal is at 11:30 a.m., no a.m. Pre-K.
The Parkman Town Office will be CLOSED on Monday, February 21, 2022, in observance of Presidents’ Day.

ATTENTION: The little winter sand shed by the old barn at the Parkman Town Office is for Parkman residents only. Please limit sand to 2 five-gallon buckets per storm. Thank you!
The Bicentennial Committee has Town of Parkman hooded sweatshirts available for purchase at the Parkman Town Office. They are $25.00 each.
The Transfer Station is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. Please have your Transfer Station sticker visible to the attendants inside of your vehicle. If you do not have a sticker, please contact the Town Office at 876-3730.
If you need a certified copy of a birth, death, or marriage certificate please call ahead to the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730. The fee is $15.00 for one copy, and $6.00 for any additional copies of the same record requested at the same time.
The Bicentennial Committee has 2022 Calendars for sale at the Parkman Town Office and at KC’s Country Store. They are $15.00 each and all proceeds go to the 200th Celebration for the Town of Parkman.
The Parkman Baptist Church holds worship services every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
White’s Family Redemption: Open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday. They are located on the Crow Hill Road in Parkman. 876-2681.
When doing a private sale, if there are two names on the prior title you must have both signatures on the back of the title to register the vehicle. If you are doing a title in two names at the time of registration, both parties must be present to sign the title in front of the clerk.
Fire permits can be obtained at KC’s Country Store from Pam Sukis: 876-4111, and from Danny White at 85 Crow Hill Road: 876-2681.
The 2022 snowmobile registration and stickers are now available. The fees have increased. The fee for a renewal is $56.00, and $57.00 for new registrations. Inland Fisheries and Wildlife requires patrons to bring in a valid driver’s license or State ID when obtaining a snowmobile registration.
Proof of insurance is required to register all vehicles. The Town Office accepts electronic proof of insurance, or you can have your insurance agent fax proof to 876-9704 or email proof to townofparkman@yahoo.com.
The 2022 Hunting/Fishing Licenses are available for purchase at the Parkman Town Office. Inland Fisheries and Wildlife requires patrons to bring in a valid driver’s license or unexpired State ID when obtaining a Hunting/Fishing license.
The annual Town Meeting for the Town of Parkman will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the Parkman Grange Hall. The Registrar of Voters will be at the Parkman Grange Hall at 10:00 a.m. Please bring your annual Town Report with you to the Town Meeting. The reports are anticipated to be available by March 12th at the Parkman Town Office, KC’s Country Store, and the Transfer Station.
The fee for a marriage license is $40.00. Marriage applications are valid 90 days from issue. Both the bride and groom must sign the application in the presence of a clerk at the Parkman Town Office. If this is not your first marriage, please bring in a copy of your divorce decree or a death certificate when completing the application. Please note that you must call the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730 to schedule an appointment to obtain your marriage license.
Important Notice: The Bureau of Motor Vehicles Bangor branch has moved from the Airport Mall to 396 Griffin Road, Suite 202 in Bangor.
The Bicentennial Committee will meet on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the lower level of the Parkman Town Office. If you would like to volunteer or have signed up for a particular event/activity that day, please attend this meeting. The celebration will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2022, and save the date postcards will be landing in mailboxes soon! A parade is planned for 11:00 a.m. that day; if you would like to be in the parade, please contact the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730 or through email to townofparkman@yahoo.com. If you are a crafter/vendor and would like to set up, please let us know too. There is no charge for crafters and vendors. A complete schedule of events will be posted once everything is confirmed, but some happenings include kid games, food trucks, a Smoke-Off before entertainment in the evening, and ending with fireworks.
