The Parkman Town Office will be CLOSED on Friday, December 31, 2021, in observance of New Years. We hope everyone has a Happy New Year!
The Transfer Station is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. Please have your Transfer Station sticker visible to the attendants inside of your vehicle. If you do not have a sticker, please contact the Town Office at 876-3730. Please note that the Transfer Station will be CLOSED on Saturday, January 1, 2022, in observance of New Years, but will be OPEN on Sunday, January 2, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.
The Planning Board will meet on Thursday, January 6th at 6:00 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
The Parkman Trailblazers Snowmobile Club will meet on Tuesday, January 11th at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Parkman Town Office.
The Board of Selectmen will meet on Thursday, January 13th and Thursday, January 27th at 5:30 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
The Parkman Town Office will be CLOSED on Monday, January 17th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.

SAD #4 school district will have an early release day on Friday, January 14th and no school on Monday, January 17th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.
Just a friendly reminder that all dogs six months and older must be licensed by January 31, 2022, or a state mandated $25.00 late fee will apply. The fee for a male/female is $11.00, and $6.00 for a spayed or neutered dog.
The books for the Town of Parkman close on Monday, January 31, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Property taxes unpaid at that time will appear in the annual Town Report. Any requests to the Selectmen for articles in the warrant for the annual Town Meeting must be received by January 31, 2022.
The Bicentennial Committee will meet on Tuesday, January 25th at 5:30 p.m. in the lower level of the Parkman Town Office. All are welcome to attend this planning meeting for the 200th Celebration for the Town of Parkman.
Happy Birthday to the Town of Parkman on Saturday, January 29, 2022!!! We were incorporated on January 29, 1822. The celebration for this 200th milestone will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
ATTENTION: The little winter sand shed by the old barn at the Parkman Town Office is for Parkman residents only. Please limit sand to 2 five-gallon buckets per storm. Thank you!
The Bicentennial Committee has Town of Parkman hooded sweatshirts available for purchase at the Parkman Town Office. They are $25.00 each.
White’s Family Redemption WINTER HOURS: Open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Closed Sunday and Monday. They are located on the Crow Hill Road in Parkman. 876-2681.
Proof of insurance is required to register all vehicles. The Town Office accepts electronic proof of insurance, or you can have your insurance agent fax proof to 876-9704 or email proof to townofparkman@yahoo.com.
The Parkman Grange would like to thank everyone that made the SAD #4 Santa Project a success.
If you need a certified copy of a birth, death, or marriage certificate please call ahead to the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730. The fee is $15.00 for one copy, and $6.00 for any additional copies of the same record requested at the same time.
The Parkman Baptist Church holds worship services every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
When doing a private sale, if there are two names on the prior title you must have both signatures on the back of the title to register the vehicle. If you are doing a title in two names at the time of registration, both parties must be present to sign the title in front of the clerk.

The Bicentennial Committee has 2022 Calendars for sale at the Parkman Town Office and at KC’s Country Store. They are $15.00 each and all proceeds go to the 200th Celebration for the Town of Parkman.
The 2022 Hunting/Fishing Licenses are available for purchase at the Parkman Town Office. Inland Fisheries and Wildlife requires patrons to bring in a valid drivers license or unexpired State ID when obtaining a Hunting/Fishing license.
The fee for a marriage license is $40.00. Marriage applications are valid 90 days from issue. Both the bride and groom must sign the application in the presence of a clerk at the Parkman Town Office. If this is not your first marriage, please bring in a copy of your divorce decree or a death certificate when completing the application. Please note that you must call the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730 to schedule an appointment to obtain your marriage license.
The 2022 snowmobile registration and stickers are now available. The fees have increased. The fee for a renewal is $56.00, and $57.00 for new registrations. Inland Fisheries and Wildlife requires patrons to bring in a valid driver’s license or State ID when obtaining a snowmobile registration.
