The Planning Board will meet on Thursday, April 1st at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom and in person in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
Happy Easter to all on Sunday, April 4, 2021. The Parkman Baptist Church will hold a brunch at 9:45 a.m. and an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids at 10:00 a.m. The service will begin at 10:15 a.m. with special music, drama, and a message from Pastor Davis. All are welcome to attend.
If you do not have internet access and are struggling to get an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine, there is a Community Vaccination Line: 1-888-445-4111. They are available Monday through Friday 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 2 pm.
Congratulations to those elected at the Annual Town Meeting: Seth Reed, Selectman; Dennis Brawn Jr., Chairman of the Board of Selectmen; Mike Perigo, SAD #4 School Board Member; Robert Maynard and Kevin Sipple, Planning Board; and Pat Johnson, Library Trustee.
The Bicentennial Committee will meet on Wednesday, April 7th at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Parkman Town Office. Anyone interested in helping plan the 200th Celebration for the Town of Parkman is encouraged to attend this meeting.
The Board of Selectmen will meet on Thursday, April 8th and Thursday, April 22nd at 6:00 p.m. in the library of the Parkman Town Office.
The Parkman Town Office will be CLOSED on Monday, April 19th in observance of Patriots Day.
SAD #4 School Vacation week is April 19th through April 23rd.
Building permits are available at the Parkman Town Office.
The Universalist Unitarian Church of Sangerville and Dover-Foxcroft Food Cupboard is open the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9:30 a.m. to Noon. All are welcome. They are located at the corner of Church Street and Main Street in downtown Sangerville.
White’s Family Redemption is open Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed Sunday and Monday. They are located on the Crow Hill Road in Parkman. They can be reached at 876-2681.

When doing a private sale, if there are two names on the prior title you must have both signatures on the back of the title to register the vehicle. If you are doing a title in two names at time of registration, both parties must be present to sign the title in front of the clerk.
The Moose permit applications are available online at www.maine.gov/ifw. The deadline for completion is by 11:59 p.m. on May 13, 2021. The Moose Lottery drawing will be held in June of 2021.
The Transfer Station is open Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. It will be opening on Wednesdays beginning May 5, 2021 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please have your sticker visible to the attendants inside of your vehicle. If you do not have a Transfer Station sticker, please contact the Town Office at 876-3730. They are free of charge.
The 2021 Boat Registrations are available. If you are registering a boat for the first time, you will need a bill of sale or proof of sales tax paid at a dealer at time of registration. Registration fee is based on length of boat and horsepower. Boats DO NOT require a title. We also need the color of the boat and your Driver’s License or unexpired State ID per requirement of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
Proof of insurance is required to register all vehicles. The Town Office accepts electronic proof of insurance or you can have your insurance agent email proof to townofparkman@yahoo.com or fax proof to 876-9704.
Fire permits can be obtained at KC’s Country Store from Pam Sukis: 876-4111, and from Danny White at 85 Crow Hill Road: 876-2681.
If you need a certified copy of a birth, death, or marriage certificate please call ahead to the Parkman Town Office at 876-3730. The fee is $15.00 for one copy, and $6.00 for any additional copies of the same record requested at the same time.
The 2021 Minnie Bridge Scholarship Applications are available at the Parkman Town Office. The deadline for completion is June 30, 2021. Applicants must be Parkman residents, must have successfully completed at least one term of post-high school education, and be enrolled in the upcoming term. Winners will be announced in August.
